An event hosted by MAIA Creatives (now hood.futures) in The Custard Factory, Birmingham.

Billed as an SB.TV takeover, the event hosted local MC's and DJ's from the West Midlands. Notably in the images, T-Roadz, VITAL, Sanity amongst many others.​

Images inspired by my love for grime music, I wanted to capture the raw energy of the cypher. Using an on camera flash and a 24mm lens getting as close to the action as possible.
